The tiny signs were really worth the zoom this week. A bit of a horrible flashback though

If you are having ‘fun’ at work, you are doing it wrong. If they wanted you to have ‘fun,’ they would not have called it ‘work.’

Retail used to be the domain of teenagers after school and weekends and housewives/retired folks looking for some extra money outside of the core 8 hours. Once that model broke, retail has become part of the stressful “gig lifestyle”. Hat’s off to those that can pull it off.

I don’t know, but, Mary Poppins said “In every job to be done, there’s an elephant of fun!” Or something to that effect.
