No, his presidency has NOT been a total disaster. Disappointing in some ways, but he has intelligent and able advisors and cabinet secretaries, unlike the sequence of fools Trump installed who only became enlightened when they left office (and then wrote books about what a “f!!cking moron” their former boss is).
