Well not now that their sham of a trail has been reveled as anything but fair, completely bias, so bad that even the judge is now the judge is covering his butt cause as libs do one of them couldn’t resist to brag about taking down trump. So wanna see what Deering draws after its called a mistrial
It is unlikely that we will see any orange jumpsuits resulting from this trial. So far, the New York justice system has bent over backwards to be sure that Trump is treated just as any other person in his position would be treated. If they continue to do that, and they will, because they are under heavy scrutiny from both directions, he will pay a large fine, and be put on probation. He will have to have his travel plans OKd by his probation officer. Ordinarily, he wouldn’t be allowed to leave the jurisdiction, but exceptions might be made for this when necessary for business. Overseas travel will almost certainly be prohibited. Probably won’t want to campaign out of the country anyway. But, would be decidedly inconvenient and embarrassing for the president to have to skip a summit meeting in Europe because he isn’t allowed out of the country. And, no, he can’t pardon himself for this, because it is a state court and the president can only pardon federal crimes.
Of course, if he is elected, he has said he wants to be dictator for one day. And that is the day that all of his crimes, as well as the witnesses and prosecutors will simply disappear. Then, as dictator, he will decide one day wasn’t near enough.
Republicans alarmed by Trump’s belief his felony conviction will win over voters
Donald Trump’s single-minded focus on his multiple felony convictions, which have become a centerpiece of his bid to return to the White House, is causing no small amount of alarm among some Republicans who think it’s not the winning issue he seems to believe it is.
According to a report from Politico, polling has shown that, while Trump has solidified his base, independents and swing voters have edged away from him now that he is a convicted felon and, that by reminding them of his legal problems, he is making it harder and harder to bring them into the fold in what is expected to be a neck-and-neck race for the presidency.
As one Republican noted, the election will come down to a tiny sliver of voters many of whom will have difficulty voting for a felon.
Not that it will deter libprogs, but Yale Law Professor Jed Rubenfeld points out that Trump will not be a “convicted felon” until he exhausts all appeals, possibly including the Supreme Court. Libprogs, of course, are nodding and winking at each other with the idea that, by that time, the election will have taken place and the unlawful unconstitutional conviction will have already had its effect, presumably to re-elect Biden.
Rubenfeld notes that if the conviction were to be reversed on appeal down the road, DA Alvin Bragg and Judge Juan Merchan will have “unlawfully interfered with the election and decided the outcome of the next election through unconstitutional means”. The rest of us, of course, are going “Oh really? You mean this isn’t what the Democrats had in mind all along?”
Because the next official act will be for Judge Merchan to enter his judgment of guilt, Trump’s next necessary act is to sue for an emergency temporary restraining order halting Judge Merchan from entering that judgment until the federal courts have had an opportunity to review and rule on these serious constitutional concerns.
In the meantime, Trump is losing no time in fundraising. In the week since he raised $200 million from voters reacting to Bragg’s verdict, Trump has raised another $12 million from David Sacks, a formerly bluer-than-blue Biden supporter in formerly bluer-than-blue Silicon Valley. And with five months still to go until the election.

Let us hope the remorseless felon keeps shooting off his mouth concerning the judge and jurors.

He’ll probably see no jail time once the smoke from the frivolous appeals dissipates but there will be penalties.
