They say that 40% of the nutrition is in the peel. Or maybe 40% of the mass. But I have to believe that if that is the case, then there is probably more nutrition in the sticker, than in the entire fruit onto which it has been stucken.
If that’s Little Red Riding Hood, then I finally understand why she couldn’t tell the difference between Granny and the wolf. Her eyesight was shot from eating stickers! I had always assumed she was just dumb as a post.
