President Gary. We could use you in DC, the living dead one we have now has to go

Gary got elected president of the HOA? What a sucker. Now he’ll have to spend his whole term convincing someone else they want that thankless job.

I thought the HOA didn’t like Gary.

For a bunch of nasty blood suckers, a vampire is the perfect fit for an HOA President!

Maybe there’s still hope for an evil Gary!

They also rescheduled all their meetings for noon. :)

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?

I was president of my HOA, only because no one else wanted the job. The votes were 3 for me, zero for anyone else. My job was to say no to anything that didn’t have to be done until we were solvent. We needed $550,000 in work done, and people bugging me about mulch. I had to get junk cars out of driveways, charge people for damage they did to bricks and siding, get confederate flags off of lawns in Northern Illinois. We got the work done, cleaned up the joint, got a few dollars in the bank, and I sold my place and got out of that job. We had very few rules, I made sure they were followed.
