A couple of years ago I took a weekend trip out of town. I got checked in to my hotel, and a few hours later I received a text from my bank asking me if I had just made a couple of purchases totaling $900. Of course I hadn’t, but as a result I had to cancel the card and get a new one. It put a bit of a damper on my vacation but I was happy that the bank was quick to let me know and take action. Unfortunately they never did find out who made the charges.
As much of a hassle, as it is the few times a year you need a higher limit, I’ve always appreciated our local bank’s $700 daily spending limit. But honestly, as easy as mobile banking is, you should just get in the habit of checking it every day or every other day. Just in case someone gets your card number. It takes all of a couple of minutes but great for peace of mind, especially if you use it to fill up on gas as that’s where a lot of skimmers are. And never use it at a 7-11. One YT channel just goes around to 7-11s and pops off their skimmers showing the people working there that are 100% in on scamming you.
People used my card in Montreal for gas, (I don’t own a car), then way out to B.C. for several hundreds. Luckily, I called immediately and had to get a new card. Now they text me for unusual charges.BUT, there are scammers saying they’ve noticed fraudulent charges. It’s usually a robotic voice. I ignore them. Scammers.

Nope. Marcus has been spending it right. He donated charitably secretly.

I haven’t traveled in a while, but when I do, I let the bank know where I’m going and for how long.

If Marcus spent money as freely as his brother thinks he should, he wouldn’t be rich for long. Especially since he is no longer in the NFL.

At this point I’m shocked Clarence hasn’t stolen his identity to spend his money how he thinks he should.
