âI never understood wind. You know, I know windmills very much. But theyâre manufactured tremendous â if youâre into this â tremendous fumes. Gases are spewing into the atmosphere. You know we have a world, right? So the world is tiny compared to the universe. So tremendous, tremendous amount of fumes and everything. You talk about the carbon footprint â fumes are spewing into the air. Right? Spewing. Whether itâs in China, Germany, itâs going into the air. Itâs our air, their air, everything â right?â
âGettysburg, what an unbelievable battle that was. It was so much, and so interesting, and so vicious and horrible, and so beautiful in so many different waysâit represented such a big portion of the success of this country. Gettysburg, wowâI go to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, to look and to watch. And the statement of Robert E. Lee, whoâs no longer in favorâdid you ever notice it? Heâs no longer in favor. âNever fight uphill, me boys, never fight uphill.â They were fighting uphill, he said, âWow, that was a big mistake,â he lost his great general. âNever fight uphill, me boys,â but it was too late.â
Stantis has decided to jump on the lying bandwagon! Biden is far more clear thinking than is Trump. This debate wonât even be close. Trump will emerge looking senile and spiteful. Yet Stantis chooses to believe Biden has turned down the water pressure in dishwashers!
Inflation is currently around 2%, where Powell wants it. Biden is prone to tall tales to make a good story, what else is new. Trump makes up ludicrous bs to mask incompetence. Speaking of which⊠in the âflooding the zoneâ dept, nobody gets a cognitive test if theyâre confident youâll pass.
Every industrialized economy worldwide is suffering from inflation. Most have higher inflation than the USA. Most are not doing as well growth wise. So, President Biden, why arenât you doing better?Better than âŠ. ???
I was in Russia, back in 92. The Soviet Union had just collapsed and their economy was out of control.
In January 1992 one dollar cost 125 rubles. In February one dollar cost 412 rubles. It just kept going up all year.
In February 1997 it cost nearly 6,000 Russian rubles to buy a single American dollar. It got so bad the Russians âredenominatedâ their currency and just loped of three zeros and said, âThis is what we say it is worth.â
Thatâs Inflation, right there folks. Bold letters, capital I.
The United States economy is the STRONGEST in the world right now. It is a stabilizing force, helping to hold world trade together.
Does stuff cost more? Yes. But mostly because we are stupid, wasteful consumers and we allow retailers to rip us off. If we got smart and refused to pay their prices, they would go down.
McDonalds charges like $1.30 for a large Coke. Burger King charges almost $3. Thatâs not inflation, thatâs them treating us like the stupid idiots we are.
