Using evil means to rise to president of an evil organization. Evil! So evil does still dwell within the heart of Gary, and all the jelly donuts and butter brickle ice cream in the world is not enough to snuff it out.
Leopold is quietly pleased, and I can see the wheels spinning on how he can encourage this to rise to the surface. It would be fun to see Gary lose his mind and revert back to his evil ways, if only for a time.
