I have a lakeside camp, next door to an AirBnb. I see people arrive there and spend the first day outside all day. Next day they spend indoors – nursing sunburns I suspect.
Aloe vera lotion that has been chilled. Drink lots of cold water and use ice packs on those areas that might need a little more attention. For the next day, and thereafter, use a good sun screen, wear light weight long sleeve shirts and big hats and sunglasses.
