Hm, this is rather reminiscent of my tour of duty in Louisiana… Indian Creek Reservoir…the local “swimming hole,” and man-made lake. There were water moccasins, and alligators there, so, being very careful where we would swim was rather crucial. The water was the same color as mud, so, seeing them ahead of time was a trick.
