“How’s cooking been going?” “I don’t know. We haven’t cooked anything yet.”

We don’t even get to dirty the dishes. The teacher brings them in from home.

Homework in more ways than one. School homework and home, homework. (If you live here, you share with the upkeep/chores.

They don’t even teach how to wash the dishes by hand? Just put them in the dishwasher?

It occurs to me that if Charlotte wants to learn to cook, she should ask Heart to introduce her to Mrs. Angelini.

She has it better tham my daughter’s horse camp session. It was too hot to ride, so they kept cleaning the barn.

Some people are surprisingly bad at it. Do you know what “rinse aid” is?

It might take all of ten minutes to load the dishwasher for two people. How could that interfere with homework?

Back in my day my pair of hands was the dishwasher.

hehe! Yeah, I’m old, but that was an impersonation of the grands.

I used to love washing dishes by hand. I’d look out the window and dream up writing or painting ideas. These days too busy so a dishwasher comes in handy.
