I had one of those bubble poppers when I was much younger. I really loved how it popped.

I couldn’t walk around in wet shoes and socks

And please tell me that’s water dripping from his nose.

One of funniest Cul de Sac story arcs was when Dill’s older brothers made a trebuchet. It was used in several strips.

It’s a good thing that they have access to shopping carts to haul all of those things

Run, Alice, to that thing goes poppitty-pop poppitty-pop.

I like the “All it took” part.

Poor Dill. His brothers are mean to him

It needed all that to flatten Dill’s hair.

Would love to see the schematic diagram of that contraption! Or were just messing around and voila!

“Pinky, are you pondering what I’m pondering?”

“I think so, Brain, but where are we gonna get a couple of bendy plastic soda straws at this hour?”

Hopefully it is a hot, humid day and the water is cooling you off!!
