I would like to tell you lovely crowed that our two young storks learned to fly over the weekend :-) They were really skittish at first. Started to fly and stopped right in the very last moment before they really took off of the nest. The young ones in other years were much braver.

I’m glad to say that he won’t actually lay his hands on Fred.

His herbaceous border is now an open border.
