I watched a young couple in SAM’s Club one day arguing over what they really needed in their cart. You could tell almost nothing they had was planned for. Impulse buys will kill your finances in places like that which is why I always have a plan and a list I stick to and yes… I really did need that Bose S1 Pro+ Portable Bluetooth Speaker System for $600.

I was raised by parents who lived through the Great Depression. I rarely buy anything I don’t NEED.

I’m gonna guess that one of them is dreaming.

This is just silly fun. Shrug, “Okay, put it in the cart.”

..this is the exact reason why we didn’t renew our Costco membership..

It’s not among the items in their cart because they are just guessing as they go down each aisle. They’ll remember when they get home!

We take a shopping list to the club store…and still wind up with two or three impulse purchases.
