I miss him, but wish him well.

One of the greats. I’ll never see a cow the same again.

His talent never grows old. Always enjoyable and funny.

But Go Comics still prominently features Gary Larson on its home page- after all these years,as if The Far Side were the biggest draw (pun intended).

Mind you, i enjoy TFS as much as any other comic on the site, but there are others that are equally worthy of the tag “featured” -and still in current production.

Gary Larson has been doing Far Side cartoons again for a few years now, albeit very occasionally and only a few at a time. Check the Far Side website noted above every day and once in a while you will be rewarded.

Far Side! So near to my heart, so dear to my heart. So easy to love Larson’s off-the-wall art… As a jazz novitiate, I loved learning about the jazz piece called Tin Tin Deo! Great music. And thank you, Mr C, for your wonderful art.

Thankfully, we have the books to keep us entertained. Thanks Gary!(and Cavna)
