gad—as a mail carrier back in the seventies, I remember AOL sent their start-up disks to what seemed to be every living adult in North America—-and most of their kids
I. Hate. AOL. I work for a nonprofit and people DO want our email blasts. AOL constantly bounces them. And not to be age-ist (I myself am retirement age) but the majority of those who still have AOL do not understand how to white list or even add the address to their contacts.

I still use AOL once in awhile. Can’t convince some people to use my other email address.

I still have AOL too many sites setup to change, I have one account for sites that I never want to hear from.
Also there is a limit to how many gmail accounts you can have, since they link to your phone. And if you forget the account you can never delete it.

Mine might still be active. Haven’t checked in over a decade.

Hmmm, wonder if my old Prodigy email account is still active.

I had an address. Wonder if it’s still active. I use it for sites that require an email (when none@ doesn’t work).
