Like that almost everywhere I’ve lived. Except in New Jersey, even though we lived in a subdivision with woodsy names – like Linden, Beech, Woodland, Elk and Brentwood. Those were probably part of a forest -way before my time. The others I could practically see the woods disappear.

A neighbor cuts his grass twice a week. It’s only about a quarter acre and he uses a riding mower.
