Looks like Bobs been on Meth waaay too long! A friend of mine had a neighbor like that. What’s ironic about this is his name was Bob. We called him Tweaker Bob.

Whole new meaning to peeping Tom (er meant Bob).

Bob’s father was a bird-watcher also, but back in the 60s it had a different meaning.

Close the curtains – problem solved.
