Years ago Bionic Woman Lindsay Wagner was a Ford spokesperson and she would be at most of the Knotts Berry Farm Fabulous Fords Forever car shows. My brother has at least two photos with her, one with his 1967 Mustang and the other with his Fox body 1993 Pro Street ’Stang. He was very active in the Grand National vs Mustang 5.0 wars, he had the fastest car on the West Coast at the time.
It was always crazy to me, even as a young kid, to imagine giving someone an artificial arm and legs would enable his spine to support hundreds of pounds.

No. Adjusted for inflation, 6 million dollars in 1973 would be $42,540,000 today.

That is some bodacious inflation — obviously government-inspired.
