We had a great year for pickling last year; which is good because we got very few cucumbers this year and they were bitter. This year we have lots of Roma tomatoes that won’t have time to ripen. So, Green Tomato Salsa! We also got our first decent crop of tomatillos and I’ll sauce those separately.
