Fortunately for Dear, there’s no time limit to weigh all his options, and apparently he weighs them awhile, but at least the vicar gets to catch some Zzzzzs.

This is why the chess clock was invented. But. By the look of it, an alarm clock would do just as well.

Now that’s a real bored game…..

Mr Dear needs to be slow ! Looks like he lost more Chess pieces than the Vicar .

Different game but I once played checkers with a Nigerian when I was in college. Thought I was pretty good (6th grade champ). He beat me in about 45 seconds. (Game called Flying Kings)

Same thing happens during his sermon.

With my skills, he’d win. Lost 3 games out of 3 yesterday. I’m a beginner.
