Dogs are not actually color blind I read once, but have a limited visual acuity for colors. That said, I suppose Snoopy’s confusion is for something else.
Snoopy’s skills don’t really come to fruition until 2000, when he and Rerun revive the ancient Roman game of “Cards and Marbles” (one of my favorites).
