not true in my household. Even when I realize I am wrong and agree with my wife she has to have the rest of the argument (or at least her side of it with me agreeing to every point) to air all her reasons why she is right and I am wrong.
Any arguments between my S.O. end in less than a minute. She’s right most of the time, and the times she’s not she will admit it when it’s determined that she was wrong.

Arguments with my SO mostly end the same way: by the time my partner regains consciousness, we don’t remember what the fight was about. :)
