Betcha Adam is jealous because, in spite of all the coffee he consumes, he could never get the “buzz” Katy has just by celebrating Christmas.

There’s caffeine in some teas, too. Only herbal teas are caffeine-free.

A nice hot chocolate milk will slow that engine down.

…maybe a lavender tea would do that job.

Pretty sure the opposite of coffee would be camomille
