Oh, it’s OK to visit the Rose & Crown—now that the worthless moocher as been thrown out! Just hope Guitar Bob isn’t “entertaining” there today.

The Old Cat and Broomseed pub is worth a look, they have a “no Guitar Bob” policy!

Well, there’s at least 5 pubs within walking distance from his statue in Hartlepool

I guess it depends on the type of entertainment you are looking for.

If Andy’s been thrown out, the atmosphere should be OK.

Things must be hop-ing in that Pub. And there must be some stout fellows in there to make Andy “fly” through the air like that. But Andy will barley remember and wont be bitter about it. And he wont be lager-ly about returning tomorrow. Yeast he forget where he can cadge some money for drinks. Otherwise he will be ale-ing all night long.

And whatever you do. Don’t offer to buy a round.

Just avoid the one’s where the bobbies are hanging about.

That boy has a GUT !!!

I wonder what gets him kicked out.

Actually the Rose and Crown should be at the top of anyone’s list to visit. Andy Capp and Guitar Bob are local Celebrities. Andy has his own Statue and Guitar Bob has fingers of stone.

Thrown out in broad daylight. A good day of day-drinking for Capp. In the words of Capp, “You can’t drink all day unless you start in the morning”.

Too bad, he looks like a prime target for Andy the moocher.
