Heard rthat with the mis-use of Ozempic and the drugs like Wegovy, the national level of obesity has dropped a persent or two. Wonder what will happen when those people stop spending $196 +- per month for the drugs?

I lost a lot of weight, my secret was have teeth problems during covid. My mouth was very sore so I hardly ate and by time I finally got into a dentist all my teeth needed to be pulled. Now my waist is 6" smaller. Not a diet I’d recommend but I do feel better than when I carried around all the extra weight.

Fortunately, the first 40 pounds are the easiest. :)

Exercise is a poor way to lose weight. “To lose a pound of fat, you need to burn approximately 3,500 calories, equating to about 35 miles of running for the average person.” And often you gain weight because you will reward yourself-eat/drink a high calorie treat.

I just hit 150 lbs lost. Took 17 years, but hope losing slowly will help keep it off. Glad I took pictures along the way.
