That’s one scary movie patron, too. Theaters don’t have seats that size.

That’s why the layout of theater seats is sloped. But hats even wreck even that.

Not a problem nowadays. The new “stadium seating” in theaters has solved the problem of large hats and large people.

And hope you don’t have to sit next to her on an airplane

reminds me of the time many years ago I went to a movie and I was the only person there… (the poseidon adventure)… about half way thru, a guy comes in, walks down the aisle to my row, slips down the aisle toward me, and plops down one seat away. He reeked of alcohol to no end, so I slowly slipped away and sat waay in the back… I think he passed out… lol

Yeah, the hat might obscure your view.

Thats why I like drive in movies.
