When The Vikings played Whack-A-Mole, the moles stayed whacked.

I could really use some at that stuff over here in Kuwait. It’s cool here, but never gets cold enough to completely kill them all. Plus, that looks like fun to use.

My grandson’s high school team is named “The Vikings”. I told him in a very serious tone that I was upset because the Vikings conquered my ancestors and named us Slavs. This is the origin of the word slave, I think. He had a perplexed, worried look and then I burst out laughing. Then I reminded him he is also a bit German, Belgian, Russian, Irish, Jewish and maybe a bit of the iceman.

I got to get him in contact with Henry Louis Gates……

According to “Ripley’s Believe It or Not” Vikings didn’t have horns in their helmets. Only in comics and movies.

That stuff would be really bad if you got it in your eye.
