Agnes has no shortage of imagination. If you were an imaginary friend, you would be more glorious.

ever heard of “crap hit the fan”? that’s Trout.

Poor Agnes needs a more spacious trailer.

What’s sadder is, like gramma, like grandaughter

You are a life long resident of the Happy Dreams trailer park.

The boy from ONE BIG HAPPY will come and take her away from all this

Now that they mention it, how come we’ve never seen Trout and Hobbs in the same room together?

I was a lot like Trout. I used to crap on everybody’s parade. :)

Now, now, Agnes, isn’t it nice to have a friend with an endless reservoir of snark?

Trout mat not compliment Agnes, but she complements Agnes nicely.

It’s handy being an imaginary friend, you’re never responsible when things go wrong

Trout embodies the practical fatalistic side of Agnes; this allows for an easier “discourse” with herself.

Were she and grandma actual people she would need psychiatric help, but Medicaid does not allow you the “privilege” of being “crazy” – and after Trump gets finished with the American health system, an aspirin will be about the only option available left for Agnes or Grandma…

But, looking on the bright side – Agnes doesn’t have very far to fall to hit bottom; unlike large numbers of Americans who will have VERY RUDE awakenings…

you want to preview where America is heading – think 1930’s without the safety net of government care; and, yes that was an attempt at humor…

Trout is always ready with a sarcastic dose of trailer park reality. :)
