Husband tells ME if I slept well. A few years ago (a year or so after Covid started) I stopped remembering dreams from during the night. I also started thrashing and moving about while asleep. When I wake him up from doing same, he wakes me up and asks what I was dreaming (his degree is in mental health and he is a licensed counselor and former head of a mental agency so he hopes to stop whatever is going on with me) and if I have any idea that I was dreaming at all – I have no memory of what I dreamed or most of the time that I dreamed at all. Sometimes I wake up and cannot stop crying for some time.
