I always wear insulated pants in very cold temperatures. The cold North wind won’t blow throughthe flannel lining and your legs stay warm. Great invention for sure !
Not so much running as walking like a penguin. Snow covered ice. BTW-I’m big on neck gaiters. Don’t care for icy wind down my neck. Of course I have to deal with my glasses frosting up.
Out here in Colorado the runners are still out in their shorts, etc. even when the temps are in the 20’s(F). Guess they are hardier stock than the ones in the northeast. Still, I think they are a bubble or two off.
