Without the explanation, (and without looking it up) I would’ve figured it was about telephones, and I would’ve just left you a message after the beep! But… since it’s not, I won’t.
“Bell Let’s Talk (Quebec French: Bell Cause pour la cause) is a campaign created by the Canadian telecommunications company, Bell Canada, in an effort to raise awareness and combat stigma surrounding mental illness in Canada.”
I just read an article about Gen Z students that said over awareness of mental health issues was a serious problem for many young people these days, and they needed more teaching about resilience and basic life skills like time management and problem-solving instead of expecting meds to fix all of life’s little hiccups…
As a Registered Psychotherapist, I wish the government would stop cutting funds to our mental health hospitals. They are contributing to more people out on the streets when they could be helped.

Using social media to promote awareness about mental health would be the ultimate irony.

Prescriptions are expensive these days. No wonder #3 resorted to stealing the Prozac.
