Daughter returned here to the great Northeast from Socal about 6 month ago. Was in wonder of the first snowfall. A couple snow events and zero temps later she has moved to Florida.

If you insist on going outside with bare hands, legs and feet in winter, you deserve to be cold. A winter hat doesn’t help.
