Why did Ira get his nose broken in 4 times? (since every other word was taken literal)

Poor Ira!

I find it scary that I have as much luck remembering a word for something as Satchel does. Maybe Satchel is as old in ‘’dog years’’ as I am in real life.

That got dark!

Trevor Square? So they’ve moved to London?

I had my arm broken in two places. I don’t go to those places anymore.

I will read the whole strip and then go back and just look at the artwork. I like panel 2 best, with Satchel and his car. Of course, the Bucky drawings are always good, but he isn’t doing anything unusual here.

I’m making a note to add “uncandescent” to my lecture. Turns out most college students don’t know what “incandescent” means anymore, and when we use the bulbs in lab, I have to warn them not to touch them…
