When my son was little he didn’t want an umbrella at the bus stop because it wouldn’t be cool. I told him to open it up and stand next to a girl. He was ok with it after that.

It’s raining cats and dogs outside. I just stepped in a Poodle!

Youngest daughter wanted to go out and play in the rain one time. Put her in her rain coat, boots, and rain hat. When she came in wearing only her panties, we asked where her rain gear and clothes were. She said outside as they got all wet from jumping in puddles and it was more fun this way. Should have just put her in her swim suit.

Where my kids went to school, surprised how much was in a lost and found box.

Umbrella? Umbrella!!! I don’t need no stinking umbrella.

I was under the impression he woulda enjoyed running around in the rain and stomping in puddles an’ the mud an’ all!

At his age I would not be caught dead with an umbrella. If it was already raining it was a baseball cap and a raincoat.
