Leroy better not pull out a celery stalk, a scarf, or a fez.

When my key fobs died last year I bought two new ones, the dealer wanted an arm and a leg but I found a locksmith and paid 2/3 of what a new one costs and they were still OEM – Original Equipment Manufacturer. My car is 10 years old this year, I was surprised how long the old fobs lasted. Btw replace those batteries every year, I replace everything with a battery on New Year’s Day or thereabouts.

With her driving record she should never have the keys anyway.
