My Grandfather and Uncle’s made a good living building Veteran houses after the 2nd World War !

These days you don’t know if they’re bidding for the work or to rent or buy it

Craftman House?…never heard of it!

Sometimes it works this way, depending on what a vulture you have for a real estate agent.

Should keep the price down. Until the king gives some barbarians free money, and they buy every hut in the kingdom.

Very few spectators on arena. This show sure flop.

It took me a second. Real estate is so expensive that they fight to the death for a “craftsman style” home.

Guessing that folks that didn’t get this joke have 1) Never been an area of extreme “sellers market” and 2) Didn’t know what a Craftsman style home was.

When we were rebuilding/remodelling/renovating our home we tried to incorporate as much of the craftsman style as we could. Turned out ok, warm in the winter and cool in summer.

Bidding wars in military parlance means the lowest bidder gets the job. Kinda scary isn’t it?

Whomever wins the match wins the contract…

Apparently there’s a housing shortage in Id.
