His bark is worse than his bite…..

I was looking for attention, Paul, but not that kind!

For me, I imagine the voice of Flea to sound like HAL 9000 from 2001: A Space Odyssey, an disembodied, eerie, ethereal monotone.

I had a friend who said when she was a kid her mom would say “I don’t want to hear one more word!” She’d mutter under her breath “Word.”

We had a chihuahua that always had to have the last word. He’d start barking (usually for no apparent reason) and when we’d scold him, he’d shut up. But as we walked away, he would always give one last bark before he’d settle down.

A case where our precious Buckles pushed Pauls patient threshold a bit to far : (

Let’er rip, Buckles. It’s your night to howl!

Buckles, Paul tells you to hush for a reason.

My friend had an elderly dog and she seemed to have lost her voice before she passed. All she could manage to do was “chirp” like a bird instead of a full loud bark. I miss that sweet little girl.
