Manners, Louie, manners.

Good morning, Crew!

Louie should remind the captain and the Green Ship guy that it’s definitely NOT COOL to wear hats at the table. Not sure if that rule also applies to the Green Ship lady.

We did a road trip with our dog. Stopped at a small town for lunch. Outside hamburger dining and we set our small dog at the table with her booster seat. She transformed into a proper lady! She stayed seated, calm and did not pester anyone. We fed her a few pieces of hamburger. The waitress played along until we handed the bill to the kidding…the waitress got a good tip for being so nice.

What’s the occasion, I wonder. Also reminds me of the commercials where people keep the dog food in the fridge and their visitors are not cool with it.

As the sign in my house says:- “My dogs live here, you´re just visiting”.

The Icelandic word for “manners” literally means “human customs”. I don’t think those apply to Louie.

Good morning y’all! Doggie Darling also believes she should eat at the table with her family.

Who’s a good boy!!!!! Louie is just too cute!!!!

A dog can understand “No”. It’s very, very hard for a dog to understand “Never”. It requires tremendous consistency and many, many repetitions.

And that’s when the sword fight started… ☺

Somehow, and call me crazy please, I do not think my wife’s Great Pyrenees and table etiquette would be compatible. She does not need to worry about putting her paws or elbows on the table, she just sets her head up on the table while standing with all four paws on the floor.
