Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
I saw a little girl (under 5 years old) walking with her dad who had his eyes glued to his phone. She was looking very cross, as she batted the phone out of his hands. It promptly smashed on the sidewalk, and I couldnât help but laugh. :D
Sadly, itâs the truth. So much world out there and so many people see only that tine screen. My desktop is for an hour or so of internet, (GoComics and Comics Kingdom are much more enjoyable on a bigger wide screen) and my cell phone is for emergencies only.
I never look at my phone while walking my dogs.. the point is to enjoy their company and keep an eye out for any issues THEY may come across⌠like eating something they shouldnât. Phone is for emergency (Iâve fallen 2x)
I will lend my dog to anyone wanting to quit cold turkey. One âwalkâ will traumatise you so badly youâll never stare at your phone while walking your dog for fear of being dragged through brambles, fields, gardens and end up on the ground being pulled by a happy dog galloping down a muddy riding lane, horse droppings a special (but if you watch him my dog is a perfect gentleman).

Where I walk my dog there are sometimes âPokĂŠmon huntersâ combing the area for âwhateverâ. I think Iâve stepped on a PokĂŠmon onceâŚ.

Kinda sad how most people spend the day with their faces buried in their phones oblivious to everything going on around them.

Keep the phone in your pocket and enjoy the morning walk with your buddy. Itâs safer that way too.

Dogs may not mind too much. They are following their own communications. That annoying buzz in the background is just distracting.

Dogs have their own network to sniff out. :)
