Firecrackers? Really? Who set them off? It doesn’t appear to be either of them? Just their skiing would be as (probably more) likely to set off an avalanche as (than) firecrackers would.

At least they weren’t buried like that Alaskan heli-skier trio – from 40 to 100 feet!! Recovery with no chance of rescue.

I stopped skiing 50 years ago after frostbite on 4 toes. Fortunately I kept the toes.
