    A friend of mine replaced her wood floor with LVP. Within 3 years the edges started cupping.

    Vinyl plank flooring is so much easier to care for than real wood or laminates. It IS more plastic in day-to-day life, though… and we already have so d@mn much of that to deal with already in day-to-day life. It is a conundrum.

    I don’t have a problem using vinyl flooring where there isn’t hardwood, but if you already have hardwood floors, they are great and can be sealed very well. It does take some work but they are worth it.
