And maybe separate male and female competitions — especially where males shouldn’t be able to compete as if they were females.

Does anyone know if there is a maximum weight for official wrestling matches, period? I saw 285 pounds somewhere, but elsewhere that the maximum cap was recently abolished. Although wrestling is not their specialty, I know that strongmen like Brian Shaw can get up to 400 pounds or more. He was even featured in a video where someone taught him wrestling moves, and he was basically able to pin the other guy simply through raw strength and throwing his weight around.
