On page 15 of the GrandPa Handbook it says, ‘Frame your answers to the age (and gullibility) of the child.’ it worked for me till they knew who the Easter Bunny was.
Heart Healthy lunch – mix one 15 oz can of mackerel, one 6 oz tuna, then mince a medium onion, 2 ribs celery add three grated carrots, four tablespoons mayo and a tablespoon oregano. Makes 14 sandwiches. Serve on whole wheat/rye/flax bread.I’ve been eating two of these sandwiches for lunch daily for eight months now. Somebody HELP ME! I’m getting sick of healthy!
Okay then both Alittlebirdie & RC Minor give me your receive for tuna casserole. I just make simple with tuna add to mac & cheese. No potato chips for me to much Greece.
Tuna Casserole2 cups cooked noodles 1 can tuna Small onion 1 tsp lemon juice 1 can mushroom soup 1/8 tsp garlic salt 2 slices cheeseMix and bake for 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven
I cannot claim credit to creating the recipe I posted. I found this recipe on the back of a mac/cheese box years ago. In my 20’s I found I was buying too many boxed items and decided to make more foods from scratch. My sons grew up with this tuna casserole.

Thirdguy, my tuna noodle casserole tastes delicious. Try adding some lemon juice (1 tsp) and garlic salt (1/8 tsp) and see if helps.

I hate crushed potato chips on any casserole. Too much crunch.

I think this must be a regional thing as I’ve heard some Americans say tuna fish but no one in my family or area does. We just say tuna
