Being terminally self-centered is a horrible person, being terminally ill is not, toasteroven.

Just when you think you have problems that are unbearable, you realize there are others who face greater situations.

Lila is known for being self-centered sure enough, but she has also shown an ability to care for others. She wasn’t happy about Drew going back to Tad, remember? I believe Lila is being very sincere here.
