What the hell does this cartoon have to do with lesbians or sisters? I think you’re reading far too much into it. Take a sleeping pill & lie down.

I agree with you Kelley Cooper. How do you get from a cartoon of a cowboy approaching a bull with a branding iron, to Lynn Cheney? We certainly see some pretty bizarre comments at times.

I think the seemingly random, off-topic comments we read are sometimes sparked by what the person making the comment has seen in a cartoon, but only marginally.

When someone goes off on a tangent like that, it more often has a lot to do with something they’re already fired up about . In this case, obviously, a lot of anger for whatever reason, focused on the Cheneys.

I have not read Lynn Cheney’s book,and hadn’t exactly planned to… does the book’s abusive husband character actually assault someone with a branding iron??

Is any of this related to the Cheneys living in Wyoming? Can we get on with our lives without worrying that one of the Cheneys will sneak into our driveways and let the air out of our tires? Stay tuned…
