Too funny! Unfortunately, tomorrow is Sunday, and 2/3 of the cartoon will be a recap. I wonder how long we’ll have to wait to see what LTL Buzz Bomb is going to do?

MF/BF better call AAA. Looks like a nasty flat tire is a’coming.

I was/am really hoping MF’s speaker takes a hit. Grok may like that endless boasting, but it seems to (a) make this take longer than it should and (b) be a bit premature. “Let the man who puts his armor on not boast like the man who takes his armor off.”

Besides wasn’t MF looking right at Dick and his hapless team-mate yesterday? Now he seems to be playing hide-and-seek.

Looks like you were right, Marguerite, about the tire being the target. I wouldn’t think it would bother MF all that much…

(Not the easiest material to work with guys (& gals))

Ltl Buzz Bomb was finally free to do what he was created to do, cause havoc! “After all this time stuck inside that wimp Traze-R I finally get to have some fun, get to taste some action”! He gleefully thought. It drove him nuts to have to listen to Traze-R kiss Diet Smith’s butt all day long.

“Pour me some more milk, Traze-R”! “Feed me some more food, Traze-R”! “Scratch my back, Traze-R”! “Rub my belly, Traze-R”!

Just the memory of all of that made him want to puke. The idea of having to deal with Detective Tracy who seemed to be missing a few cards in his deck was unbearable. “Let’s get ready to rumble”! He excitedly said as he continued towards Magnum Force. “Target in sight”!

“This is too easy”. Magnum Force was disappointed. “What game should I play now”? He considered ever game he knew, Tag, Red light Green light 123, Johnny on the Pony, Battling tops, Skelzies, Romp em stomp em robots, “Ah, I’ve got it”! He said.

“Come out, come out, wherevr U R”!

“What a Buffoon”, LBB thought. “He’s so busy acting like this is playtime that he doesn’t even see me right next to him. Time to get this show on the road”!

LBB quickly maneuvered around MF’s right to prepare for a side attack.

    “Target Aquirrd”!

To be Continued……… (For how long, only Jeff seems to know and he’s not telling).

    “Nah Nah”!

Let’s see Dick Tracy is in the bushes with the Swat Guy (no comment) and Braces is hanging out with Shirl(ey)’s sister while all this silliness is going on.

Braces should take the film canisters and take off. MF/BF, if he wins, can find his way home.

I think MF/BF is in for the robotic equivalent of a colonoscopy. (I still can’t figure out how the lil’ dude can sneak up on him so easily. His radar must be set a few feet above the ground.

It looks like MF is still looking for Tracy in the bushes, and doesn’t even notice the little bunny-hopping tank behind him. Maybe its little voice isn’t loud enough to be heard. What’s it going to do, laser-slice the tires so MF will fall over?

Perhaps Buzz Bomb is electrified and can short circuit BF/MF.

Or re-program its orders. I think that an ironic end for Braces is to be attacked by his own robot.

Perhaps LBB will aim it’s little gun upwards and shot MF right in the ol’ spring. (Jack-in-the-box, I’m just a jack-in-the-box) The last bit was for you, Grok.

Bassman, I can’t help wondering— doesn’t anybody like anybody in your commentary? I can’t help noticing that each character seems to want to pour arsenic in the drinks of the other characters. Upside: If you’re a psychiatrist you’ll never run out of work with this crew, downside, if you’re the rest of us well, we still have to live with these guys and gals.

For those who are curious but haven’t asked yet— mjmsprt40 hasn’t disappeared. He’s me. It turns out that as soon as I made my real name available in the profile, the forum chose that as my user name. We are one.

If groinbot blows out a tire, that just might finish this business. BF has a real short wheelbase, and blowing a tire might be enough to flip the critter so he can’t get back up again.

^ Great photo! We should add Dick Tracy to that collection because they should put the strip out of its misery.

Without Bassmanbob, we’d ALL be trying to amuse ourselves somewhere else. I am forever grateful for BB. BB and this pitiful strip actually make my day! (Now don’t anyone say for me to get a life)

Thanks for the link, Ludwig. Reading it, I saw a word that I first heard 2 yrs ago. “Fanboy.” Remember that? I’m relieved that someone says DT isn’t dead yet. Just smells like it.

I sure hope DT isn’t dead. It might need some re-juvenation, but please don’t let it go the way of “Opus”. DT was great and can be great again.

For Dick Tracy to be great again they need to AT LEAST get a real writer in to come up with stories that make sense. Locher doesn’t have what it takes to write stories.

Hey, Sloop – since no one listed off the villains included in the Rogues’ Graveyard photo, I’ll try my best to do so:

The easiest one to identify in the foreground is Flattop. The first row behind him, from left to right, is BB Eyes, 88 Keyes and Itchy. Next row behind them is Shoulders, Mumbles (whose “grave” may or may not have been actually empty) and Mrs. Pruneface. Behind them: Stooge Viller, Breathless Mahoney and someone I’m not sure of. Next row: Sketch Paree(?), the Brow and Doc Hump. Back row: Gargles and another villian I can’t quite make out, sorry.

    Hope this helped!
