Tracy was vaguely aware of what this Lieutenant Tuvok wannabe was babbling on about although he was surprised to see that her left hand which she was using to point at him was pretty well formed unlike most of the hands he’d seen lately.
Dick couldn’t help but notice the way Tuvok and Tess looked at each other. He didn’t know why he suddenly felt the urge to let one rip.
Wow, Frangelica is floating over Dick Tracy in Panel #3, or maybe she decided to stand on a chair so she could point down at him. What type of circus is going on here!?
