I think we ought to commend the Feds for the speed with which they got to the crash. The ambulances are still there and the Feds are already pushing the locals around.
Although the ambulances are still on the scene, it seems to be several hours after the crash. The Feds arrived in the town of Heaven the same day Anne and the trucker left. So, they were not too far behind.
