Gone beyond Moderately Confused to WTH? What is it called when the text is hand written? A writo?
In Massachusetts, it’s the RMV (Registry of Motor Vehicles)
In Ohio, it’s BMV: Bureau of Motor Vehicles (bmv.ohio.gov). A telling geotag of the cartoonist, perhaps? ;)
Stahler couldn’t see that the combination of a colloquialism and a non-joke would result in a near-sighted attempt at humor (that most of us missed).
